You were outstandingly helpful and supportive when we first missed our flights and then when my luggage got lost in transit. I've never given a travel agent so much work and she made it sound like it was NO hassle at all. You really showed me what service is all about when Nationwide stopped its flights and we needed to find alternative transport to Cape Town on short notice. I had you on the phone most of the day discussing alternatives. You were patient and persistent and in the end it all worked out. I do not know what I would have done in that situation without your assistance. I cannot thank you enough. We have had a fantastic holiday in SA. Our accommodation in Cape Town was awesome. Everything was perfect...because of the way your office made the flight booking they knew we were delayed and the connecting flight was waiting for us! Thank you all for everything...we had a wonderful time!

Thanks to your organisation we caught the connecting flight from Nairobi to Lusaka. They sat us on the front seat of the plane (in economy) and a lady was waiting for us to take us straight through to the gate for Lusaka we didn't see passport control just quickly paid our visas. She then went and got our baggage and we caught the flight. They said the way you booked our flights meant they were waiting for us to get the connection.(thanks). - Frank McGuigan

I also want to give special mention to Cuan for checking in while he was on leave; he was checking in that our flights were on time due to the bad weather in Chicago and checked in with the tour operator to make sure we were having a great trip. I didn't want to spend the money on a flight back from the Serengti, I thought we had time for the drive and would enjoy it but you insisited. Boy were you right!!!!!! Thank you so much for making me do that!!! While we did enjoy the drive out there, which was in shorter increments, by the time we had to come back, that long drive would have been repetative and unpleasant.
