 I just wanted to let you know that I've had the pleasure of communicating with Kaashifa over the past many weeks and she has been an excellent representative of your company. I was struggling to find a reliable agent in Sydney for our family trip to Africa and on a whim one evening I sent an enquiry to your website, having stumbled across it on the internet. I received a response the next day from Kaashifa but that day I also found an agent in Sydney. I told Kaashifa I was going to use the agent in Sydney but Kaashifa kept politely communicating with me and eventually won me over with her efficiency, great advice, friendliness and enthusiasm. As I said to Kaashifa, the proof will be in the holiday, but I very much wanted to let you know how happy I have been with all she has done for me to date. Nobody is more surprised than I am that she managed to win me over.
