There is not much that will distract Lisa from her goals, once she starts something she is determined to finish it. She calls herself a perfectionist and she has the energy to achieve it all; balancing hard work, life as a single mom and a full social calendar.

Having grown up in South Africa but also having travelled extensively abroad Lisa feels she can really appreciate the beauty that others take for granted, "South Africa continues to take my breath away,” she says, adding that, "there is not one day that I don't drive to work and stare at Table Mountain in awe!”

By her own admission, Lisa is a diva and a thrill seeker, "That's why this job suits me, going on safari combines the luxury of the lodges with the thrill of dangerous wild animals!” she laughs.

"I'll try anything twice,” says Lisa being a big advocate for experiential travel. She encourages others to get out there to meet the local people and try the local food too.

But most of all, Lisa strives to make others happy. "It makes me feel good to know I've gone the extra mile; I get such satisfaction from making other people's dreams come true.”
