Although you will probably never interact directly with Go2Africa's Flights Team (all communication is through your African Safari Expert) there is a dedicated team of African Flights Experts finding you the best flights to suit your holiday, making sure all your connections are smooth, and sorting out the innumerable problems that can and do crop up when dealing with airlines.

Our Flights Experts have more than 30 years Air Travel Industry experience between them and are dedicated to finding the best flights for your holiday. Their aim is to create seamless holidays, from the moment you leave home until you return bursting with new sights and stories from Africa.

Yolanda Saayman

Yolanda is a real authority on the air travel industry; someone who knows her stuff inside out. She's studied Travel and Tourism; she's taught ticketing and air fares; and she's co-ordinated flight itineraries for those flying into, out of and around Africa. Even the national South African rugby team, the Springboks, have benefitted from Yolanda's great organisational skills and air travel knowledge.

But this is not just a desk job for Yolanda, she travels a great deal in her own capacity and she's got to know a lot of people along the way. She gets a real kick out of finding the best flight deal for her clients, because she knows she's looked at all the options, and dealt with the constant changes. Because of all the travelling she has done, she understands the in and outs from a traveller's point of view too.

So if she's not kayaking in Malawi or scuba-diving in KwaZulu Natal she'll probably be in Mozambique as that's the next destination she has her eye on.

Nazlee Ally

Nazlee, wife and mother of three, has been in the Airline industry for a long time; and not as an air hostess as was her childhood dream. Instead she studied Tourism and immediately started working for South African Airways, where she stayed for the next 14 years. According to her, "this business gets into your blood, so you stay with it.”

One destination Nazlee has her heart set on seeing one day is East Africa. This is an area that she specialises in, organising flights for those going on safari and visiting the tropical Zanzibar islands - one day it will be her boarding the plane.

Nazlee encourages people to book their flights through the experts because, "this is your holiday, hand the stress over to someone else!”

Fatima Davids

Fatima is a Cape Town girl, born and bred as they say - and she loves it here. She studied Travel and Tourism because she was attracted to the fun side of the travel industry - "I like to be out and about" she says.

Even with 4 years industry experience behind her she is still the youngster in the Flights department. "Dealing with flights and airlines everyday is quite complicated, there are so many issues all the time - we can't control it all, what we provide is a service to the client."

Fatima would love to travel to Namibia; talk of the sand dunes and vast open spaces make her eyes light up.

In Fatima's opinion, the best part of Air Travel is... being in the air! "That moment when you are finally on holiday.”
