Ramona is originally from Germany, but she's spent most of her life here in South Africa. Speaking German gave Ramona a natural entry point into the travel industry, and since then she has seen many different sides of it. She has worked in the hotels, with the tour groups, spent time with the lodge operators and for the past few years, has tailor-made dream holidays to Africa.

For many years Ramona specialised in organizing unforgettable family holidays to Africa, and being the mother of two young children herself has given her great insight into the elements that make a family holiday fantastic. "I love taking my kids on holiday,” she says, knowing the difference the little details make; like kid's bedtime stories, creative kids clubs and the time and space to do adult things too.

Ramona enjoys looking after the important details that make a holiday special and ensuring each itinerary is perfectly suited to her client's tastes.
