 I would also like to say a word about Tracy. My wife and I have travelled extensively but I have never encountered anyone who gave the kind of personal attention that she did. She seemed to have a "sixth sense" about what would suit us and gave us excellent options from which to choose. Our logistics were complicated in that my older daughter was joining us for part of the trip, yet Tracy made it so easy to incorporate her into our plans. She answered my emails within minutes and I felt like she really understood my needs and cared about giving me the best possible experience. She left no stone unturned and created a level of comfort and trust which is so important when making travel arrangements half way around the world. My only regret is that I did not have the opportunity to meet her in person while we were in Capetown. - Andy Kriegel 

 We had a wonderful holiday to South Africa in April . This was our first visit and the help and advice received from Tracy in our planning was invaluable. Her recommendations were spot on.  Marylin and I had a fabulous vacation and thank you for your work. We were particularly grateful to have learned about the need to pay in USD for a Zambia visa at the airport. Other Americans we ran into complained that they had not heard this from their travel agent and had even brought travelers checks (again you advised us of that difficulty). - Anne Hughes
