Go2Africa is led by founder and owner Mark Preyer and co-owner and chief executive officer Joanne Dickson, each bringing a different set of skills to the business. Technology-minded Mark has always been driven by the need to innovate and to deliver a simpler, safer and superior travel service; Joanne has spent her working life in travel and devotes her energy into ensuring what we sell meets her exacting requirements. She is passionate about quality assurance, internal training and customer satisfaction: if you're not happy, then neither is she.

African Safari Experts & Africa Air Experts
Our African Safari Experts sit at the core of our company. Specialising in specific destinations, it's no exaggeration to say that we have some of the most experienced, well travelled and capable travel consultants in Africa.
Organising flights to and around Africa isn't always an easy task so leave it to the experts. By working closely with your African Safari Travel Expert, Go2Africa's dedicated African Flights Team will book you the best available international flights to Africa as well as regional flights between African countries and domestic scheduled or charter flights.

There's more to our customer service department than just providing you with your travel documentation. This team will scrutinise your travel plans, double-check bookings and re-confirm all your flights. A pre-departure concierge service is also available should you want to hire a car, book a day tour or simply make a restaurant reservation.
E-Marketing & Development
Sitting behind the scenes, our 'E-Team' comprises marketers, writers, developers and designers whose job it is to create an online experience that delivers the information you want in a user-friendly environment. This team is constantly looking for ways to improve and expand our service and incorporates both cutting-edge technology and traditional research to achieve this.
Responsible for what we sell, the product department spends a great deal of time inspecting and evaluating our featured destinations and the accommodation, tours and safaris associated with them. Go2Africa's independence means that can our product experts choose only those service providers that meet our criteria and they'll negotiate hard on your behalf to get the best possible rates available.
Our finance team ensures that your online payments are not only iron-clad secure but easy too, and you can travel safe in the knowledge that your service providers have been paid every step of the way.
A key focus of our dedicated HR department is recruiting employees who meet our key Go2Africa values - People, Respect, Innovation, Excellence, Integrity and Accountability - while providing a fantastic base for career training and development. Our team also ensures the smooth day to day running of the office, arranges our annual and other work functions and contributes to the positive atmosphere at Go2Africa.
