Traveller Reviews

  • Our favourites were Tiliplikwani Mara in Kenya and Rosenhorf in Westen Cape, South Africa. Both accommodation offers a very exclusive feeling, the staff especially in the restaurants are very attentive, friendly and kind. The food is very delicious with generous servings. We have stayed in various 5-star big brand names hotel, but personally they cannot compare to the service we received from those two. For example even the bedrooms have good pantry area with complementary cookies, assortment of tea/ coffee brands etc. A good spread of complementary ‘organic’ chemical free toiletries products. Our beds were warmed with warm bottled water just after dinner. They have very accommodating staff who seems sincere and takes lots of pride in their work. The itineraries you have planned were great. Just the right scope without being too hectic. The tour guides were very knowledgeable, thoughtful and informative. We enjoyed every parts of it. In Kenya, we were very lucky to spot all the big five and more.

  • What an amazing time I had - it was sensational! The Tipilikwani was really really nice - so strange, no hotel key, just a zipper! I loved it!
