Situated within 140 acres of indigenous forest and playing host to resident herd of Rothschild's giraffe, The Giraffe Manor offers an experience incomparable to any other. You find the friendly giraffes in the most unsuspecting places, like the breakfast table or your room window, vying for your attention and checking out what's on your plate. Relax on the verandah where you can hand feed these friendly long-necked beauties. Activities include forest walks to see the variety of bird species and rare animals found here, visits to the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage and the Karen Blixen Museum.

Breakfast is served in the sun room, where the enormous windows are flung open to welcome the giraffes as they poke in their long necks to see what's on your plate.

"Wow - how amazing to be able to feed and come so close to these tall and uniqe animals! Apart from being able to feed giraffes the Manor is really beautiful. Rooms are all unique and individually done and if you stay in a front facing room you might just be able to feed a giraffe from your room!"
