Traveller Reviews

  • Our trip was lovely. Zimbali is a beautiful lodge, it's a shame that we had rain and cool temps for most of our stay. We did get to walk their trails and enjoy the scenery, even in the rain!

    Hanko Rosenblad, May 2012
  • Zimbali was beautiful. Exactly what we needed - the hotel and resort were also excellent. Great service and friendliness was everywhere.

    Sumi Thaker, August 2010
  • Zimbali Lodge was a good surprise: even if it was a huge complex, the staff were really friendly, helpful and very kind with the kids. The food was fabulous and we enjoyed the calm of the area and the pool. The room was not very spacious with the extra bed for Claire and the cot for Thomas but it was comfortable and nice.

    Marie-Odile Schmitt, April 2010
  • Zimbali was a fantastic hotel with friendly staff and their knowledge - everything was absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend them.

    Nick Ackerman, September 2008
  • This lodge was especially good.

    David Harries, August 2008
  • Just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous stay at Zimbali. The next time we will stay longer as it was far too short but just what we needed!

    Ben Marsh, August 2008
  • I would recommend it to anyone who loves golf and the sea. The service was excellent and the staff very helpful.

    Wendy Reich, April 2008
  • We were very tired when we got to Zimbali which we really enjoyed too. Golf was very good value there... about 18 euro! Food and wine good value there too.

    Dolores Jordan, March 2008
  • We loved Zimbali and would recommend it to anyone who loves golf and the sea. The service was excellent and the staff very helpful.

    Wendy Reich, January 2008
