Traveller Reviews

  • The Radisson was a keeper in a wonderful spot right on the water within walking distance of the Waterfront.

    Paul Simpson, August 2012
  • I had a spectacular time in Cape Town and Stellenbosch. Thank you for everything. Accommodations and tours were excellent.

    David Weber, June 2012
  • The Radisson Blu in Cape Town was great, conveniently located & the staff very acommodating.

    Donna Doherty, April 2010
  • The stay in Cape Town was very nice and a great place to begin the holiday; Radisson is centrally located; the rooms and view were quite nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. It was a nice way to begin the holiday and the sequence of Cape Town first and the safari portion later made a lot of sense.

    Thomas Casey, November 2009
  • Radisson Blu is having some renovation done to some of the rooms so it got quite noisy in the day. Fortunately we were out sightseeing most of the time. But it has a gorgeous view and the sound of the waves and the breathtaking sunrise and sunset make up for the disturbance.

    HB Tanner, August 2009
  • Our room was absolutely gorgeous and again we really loved being able to sit out and listen to the waves crashing.

    Susan Holland, November 2008
  • It was above our expectations and convenient for the Waterfront. We saw the Cape Point, wine country and Knysna. People everywhere were very friendly and helpful. The meals and accommodations were always high quality. The weather was cooler and rainier than we expected, but it didn't keep us from having a wonderful time.

    Carol Sime, November 2008
  • Everyone loved it.

    Patrick Ryan, November 2008
  • The Radisson in Cape Town was just a fantastic hotel. It was worth spending the extra money to upgrade to sea view business class. Wonderful views of the ocean. There was a shuttle to the V&A every hour until 11:15 at night. During the first 3 days when it rained I spent a lot of time looking around the V&A, eating and drinking. Great location!!! Was able to visit the aquarium during the rainy days. The last 2 days were super with the wine tour on Wednesday and finally able take the cable car up to the top of Table Mountain on Thursday. I postponed the peninsula tour until Thursday, also.

    David Harrison, September 2008
  • It wasn't that great -- especially for the money

    Anand Panjabi, August 2008
