The Steenberg Hotel is set in the Constantia Winelands of Cape Town, on the oldest wine estate in South Africa. The hotel and golf estate are a unique blend of historical Cape Town - some of the original buildings date back to 1682 - and offer the very best luxury and modern amenities. The restaurant at Steenberg Hotel, Catharina's, offers award-winning cuisine and an impressive wine list for your enjoyment. The 90-seat interior is an experience in contemporary, Cape Town-chic and comfort that will have you lingering over coffee or cognac.

  • We always enjoy Steenberg and our side trip down to Simons Town to see the penguins. When at Steenberg I noticed an announcement for Cape Town Jazz Festival.... so got tickets and enjoyed it very much.
