overview

With magnificent views of eponymous Mount Kenya, Mount Kenya Safari Club offers a unique blend of classic East African style, hospitality and adventure. Set among manicured lawns, decorative ponds and landscaped flowerbeds, this traditional country-style hotel is a reminder of a more elegant, bygone era. Stroll through the fragrant rose garden, relax next to the heated swimming pool or play a round of golf on the club’s 9-hole golf course.

In the style of a colonial country club, Mount Kenya Safari Club also features a bowling green, tennis courts and a croquet lawn. With some of the country's finest Rift Valley attractions on your doorstep, you can choose from a wide range of full or half-day excursions including game drives in local conservancy areas, hikes up the second-highest peak in Kenya, fishing safaris to mountain lakes or even a visit to the Animal Orphanage, located right next door to the hotel.
