Facilities

The Vineyard Hotel and Spa has a beautiful landscaped garden with stunning views of Table Mountain, and has both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool.

The hotel offers a Health & Fitness Centre with a fully equipped gym as well as boutique shops, a jogging track, 24-hour room service and secure parking.

A range of treatments is offered at the Angsana Spa, including Thai and Swedish massages, purifying facials, body polish treatments and refreshing rain-mist sessions.

The nearby Cavendish Square has over 200 unique shops, restaurants, cinemas and banks all conveniently situated in a safe and secure indoor shopping environment. There is a free shuttle service to the shopping centre and back.

Dining

Guests at the Vineyard Hotel and Spa are spoilt for choice when it comes to dining, and breakfast on the sunny patio and garden lounge will certainly start the day the right way. The flagship Myoga restaurant offers global fusion cuisine by award-winning head chef Mike Basset. From the high-back sofa booths in the main dining area to the bar lounge and smoking room, the details ensure that guests relish their fine-dining experience.

The Square is an elegant glass-roofed restaurant and sushi bar with tranquil green surrounds. The charming ambience and informal nature of the dining area is a wonderful setting for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The lunchtime meals at the Splash Café, located near the Health & Fitness Centre, include tasty Mediterranean tapas and Splash Caprese salads. Smoothies can be enjoyed on the terrace to the sounds of soothing Marimba music while afternoon high tea is served on the garden patio.

Courtyard Room

The Vineyard Hotel and Spa has a total of 207 rooms, all of which are spacious, traditionally decorated and boast either a picturesque view of Table Mountain, gardens or the Japanese-style courtyard.

All rooms come complete with air conditioning, free internet access, a mini-bar, 24-hour room service, satellite TV, a private wall safe, an en suite bathroom and a separate shower.

Other Room Types

The Suites and Junior Suites are all en suite with a separate lounge. The ground level suites open out onto gardens or terraces.

For the ultimate in luxury, the Francois Suite is beautifully decorated with a private lounge and stunning patio while the Kitty Suite also includes a spacious lounge and sliding doors which open onto a balcony with sun chairs.

The five Garden Cottages are fully equipped self-catering units with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining area, living area and kitchen. The cottages are perfect for families wishing to enjoy Cape Town for an extended stay. Paraplegic and interleading rooms are also available.
