Facilities

Staying at The Palms entitles you to use the facilities at the neighbouring Breezes Beach Club so you can enjoy all the conveniences of a large holiday resort but can then return to the tranquillity of your exclusive private villa.

Diving enthusiasts can book an excursion with the Rising Sun Dive Centre - the only PADI 5-star Gold Palm dive centre in Zanzibar.

Located on the beachfront, the Sanctuary Spa offers a variety of first-class treatments to help you relax and rejuvenate your mind and body.

Try one of their specially designed packages - the Kili Foot Treatment and the Apres Safari Treatment. The Palms Zanzibar also organises several excursions for their guests to experience Zanzibar: sunset dhow trips, tours of historic Stone Town and Jozani Forest and visits to a turtle rescue programme are among those offered.

Dining

The colonnaded terrace of The Plantation House leads into the bar where you can enjoy a delicious cocktail at sunset before heading on to the elegant dining room for a sumptuous meal. The chefs at The Palms Zanzibar expertly blend spices, fruits and flavours to offer an exotic menu of Zanzibari cuisine.

Villa

Accommodation at The Palms Zanzibar consists of six spacious and private villas. The décor of each villa is a combination of colonial grandeur and traditional African design in a sophisticated coffee and cream colour scheme.

The Villas are all fully air-conditioned with two en suite bedrooms, living room with satellite TV and DVD player, plus a standard bar and walk-in changing room. At the front of each villa there is a large furnished terrace with a private plunge pool and an antique Zanzibar 4-poster bed for shade-covered relaxation during the day.
