Traveller Reviews

  • Hlosi Lodge is certainly a No. 1 place to go for game drives, animal views, warmth, and laughs. The area is so relaxing - we all would have so much loved to have stayed a few more days there. I highly recommend Hlosi Lodge to experience an absolute fantastic combination of animal viewing, top class food and sheer relaxation.

  • Hlosi Game Lodge was excellent. Again the level of service was very personal. There is certainly not the same level of game compared to Madikwe - and it is a shame that they don't have leopard - but the intimate nature of game reserve meant that we saw all of the remaining big five within the reserve and the vistas were fantastic.

  • We had no idea what to expect from a safari and were happy to take advice from you. Hlosi Lodge proved to be an incredible experience that we will never forget. Sharon and her team made us feel so welcome and our Ranger, Jacques was brimming with enthusiasm from the moment we met him. Friendly staff, fabulous food, a beautiful setting and unbelievable animal sightings on our drives have ensured that we will return to Hlosi Lodge in the not too distant future.

  • It was the most beautiful vacation we have ever had. It has everything, the big city Cape Town, the vineyards, the whales, the most beautiful lodges, the friendly peoples, the game reserve(this was the best of it),from the beginning to the end, everything was great.
