Rekero Camp is a seasonal safari camp situated inside the Masa Mara Game Reserve near to the Mara and Talek Rivers. The position is ideal to spot the teeming wildlife, such as wildebeest and zebra, as they migrate on their annual journey across crocodile-infested waters. This mobile tented camp offers an authentic, classic safari experience.

Head out on game drives and walking safaris to spot the excellent year-round wildlife, as well as the spectacular annual migration. Species you can look forward to seeing include lion, cheetah, leopard, elephant, black rhino, and hippo. Look out for the superb birdlife or visit the local Maasai communities to learn about local traditions and cultures.

Head out on game-drives in custom 4x4 vehicles, guided by experienced Maasai guides to search for Africa's famous wild animals.

Return to the camp in the evenings for a delicious sundowner drink as you take in the view over the waterhole.

Dining

Meals at Rekero Camp consist of wholesome and top-quality dishes that are expertly created from local produce.

Combining flavours from the East and the West, meals are served in the dining tent. Choose to enjoy a memorable picnic breakfast or lunch in the bush.

Standard Tent

Rekero Camp accommodates a maximum of 14 guests in large, comfortably furnished and well-equipped safari tents. Each tent is furnished with twin or double beds and an exclusive en suite bathroom.

The camp offers power from a solar inverter system, while kerosene lamps provide a romantic glowing atmosphere. The mobile camp is set up seasonally, from June to October, and December to March.
