Dining

The setting for the main restaurant, L'Abondance, is relaxed and casual. Fruit, cereals and home-made bread are served buffet-style at breakfast, and hot dishes are made to order. Lunch menus include light meals, a selection of innovative salads, sandwiches and grills. Lunch is served on the beach and features fabulous fresh seafood and salads. At dinner, the half board tariff includes choices from an a la carte menu. An exotic setting has been chosen for Le Mont Fleuri, a romantic restaurant built on stilts above the sea. Open for lunch and dinner, there's a choice of à la carte specialities included in the half-board tariff.

Luxury Villa

All the villas at Sainte Anne Resort are designed for outdoor living, and careful attention has been paid to privacy.

Each villa has an open terrace and/or gazebo, and is positioned for maximum appreciation of the view. The en suite bathrooms have a bath and separate shower, as well as an outside shower with a private garden.

  • It was really nice, though there was a cyclone over Maritius which resulted in really strong winds at the Seychelles, but it was sunny most of the time, so the weather was still nice. The room at Sainte Anne was great and very new -- large bedroom and bathroom, outdoor shower. Both restaraunts were really nice and the food was better than we expected. My only complaint about Sainte Anne is that the service was a little spotty -- for example, there are several beaches at Sainte Anne and we spent the first two days at the main beach near the pool. We then discovered on our own that the beach on the other side of the island was blocked by the wind -- and we were disappointed nobody told us that. Restaraunt service on the other hand was excellent.
