Traveller Reviews

  • Olive Exclusive, • Service – manager (and owner?) pleasant and helpful • Rooms – very nice and spacious • Communal areas – nice and spacious • Internet access - good • Food - good • Beverages – if I remember well wine included with dinner was good but simple • Game drives/activities - na • Guides - na • Logistics – as mentioned the airport pickup was ±15’ late. Another driver called our driver who eventually arrived. The car was very basic but clean. Worse part is that he was completely lost and we ended up touring the city, luckily without traffic. No issue with drive to airport

  • Olive Grove was excellent and, although I didn't want to waste the day, they both provided much needed rest.

  • Namibia was incredible! Olive Grove was exactly what we wanted and just perfect. They even gave us a free upgrade on our room for the second night. The staff went out of their way to make sure the trip was truly special and memorable. We would highly recommend the guesthouse and Namibia in general.

  • Awesome guest house, so much, that I've shown friends that want to build something similar in Tanz, the lay out and have gone into detail about the great vibe of the place.

  • The trip was really amazing, I loved it. Zambia was welcoming as I remembered it. The Zambezi Sun is stunning, and offers so many activities that we were never stuck for something to do. I love it there and would recommend anyone goes to stay there. Some of my other favourite hotels were the Olive Grove Guest House in Windhoek - It was beautifully set up and the manager, Brian, really tries to make everyone feel welcome.
