Maia's stylish, spacious accommodation is situated on the quiet, unspoilt Anse Louis beach, where turquoise water and lush foliage enhance this idyllic island destination. From the moment you arrive at Maia, hospitable staff are dedicated to making your stay as memorable an experience as possible.

Unwind on the infinity pool's tanning deck, or enjoy customised excursions to the outer islands by private boat or helicopter. Leisurely walks along the beach inspire inner relaxation, while windsurfing, kayaking and snorkelling are available for the more active guest.

Designed as a haven for transcendental meditation and overall relaxation, the Boutique Spa at Maia uses top-quality La Prairie products. In addition, the Meditation Pavilion offers complimentary yoga and pilates sessions.

Designed in a Balinese-style, the Maia Spa is a haven of rest and rejuvenation where professional therapists are on call to provide a variety of treatments and procedures. There are a wide range of 'Very Important Kids' activities, from swimming lessons and sand castle building for the younger ones, to group canoe trips or treasure hunts for teenagers.

The children will be looked after by the Maia's Recreational Team. Book a qi gong, self-shiatsu, or a hatha yoga session with a private teacher in either your villa or the Maia Spa Cool off from the heat of the day in the resort's large infinity pool with its stunning water features.

Dining

Maia's gourmet restaurant - Tec Tec - specialises in Creole and Franco-Asian cuisine. Using only the freshest, finest ingredients, a diverse menu full of colour and flavour is on offer to you. Enjoy watching the sunset from the Sunset Pool Bar, or share a romantic dinner for two on the beach or in the privacy of your villa.

Ocean View Villa

Maia has 30 villas which are modern, luxurious and tastefully decorated. There are eight Maia Signature Villas, three Ocean View Villas, 11 Ocean Panoramic Villas and eight Ocean Front Villas with direct access to the beach.

A thatched gazebo area, with an adjacent bar, accompanies each villa, where an over-sized day-bed is provided for your leisure. For pure relaxation, floating candles and essential oils adorn your outdoor double bath.

The Ocean View Villas are situated on the slopes of the peninsula and offer stunning views of the surrounding tropical forest and the private Anse Louis Beach.

Located on the top of the hill, the Ocean Panoramic Villas have a stunning all-around view of the peninsula. The lush, tropical surroundings offer the perfect amount of privacy and seclusion.

Marvel at the view of the Indian Ocean as you sit on the terrace of your Ocean Front Villa just metres from the white sands of the resort's private beach. The dense tropical gardens offer natural privacy between you and the other villas.

The Signature Villas are truly secluded from each other and offer spectacular views of the ocean. A bottle of Champagne is complimentary on arrival, as are daily yoga sessions, manicures and pedicures, all in the privacy of your villa.
