Open for dinner only, the fashionable La Pomme d'Amour is a refined gourmet restaurant that specialises in seafood and offers some of the finest and most innovative cuisine in the area. It overlooks the lagoon and is the place to be for American-style breakfasts (consisting of eggs cooked-to-order, bacon, sausages, toast with jam, pancakes with syrup, cereal and orange juice) and international buffet dinners with a subtle Creole touch.

Decorated as a traditional Thai restaurant with original wood décor and artwork from Thailand, the Ginger Thai offers an authentic menu of spicy noodles and seafood dishes with views of the pool.

Near the beach overlooking the stunning lagoon, Les Coquillages is an informal restaurant open for lunch.

Room Description

Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa has a wide range of rooms and suites to choose from, including Deluxe Rooms, Junior Suites and Presidential Suites. Each of the spacious rooms is designed with distinct Mauritius-style and has a workstation, balcony, sitting area, and Wi-Fi internet access.

The Deluxe rooms are sea-facing and feature an en suite bathroom, a large armchair for reading, and either a king-sized bed or twin beds. They have views of either the swimming pool or the azure Indian Ocean. The Grand Deluxe Rooms have guaranteed sea views.

Other Room Types

The suites are simple, yet luxurious, and offer the same features as the Deluxe Rooms with the addition of a seating area, satellite TV, and space for additional beds. The suites are ideal for families.
