Dining

Open for dinner only, the fashionable Melanzane restaurant is a refined gourmet restaurant which specialises in seafood and offers some of the finest and most innovative cuisine.

Decorated as a traditional Thai restaurant with original wood décor and artwork from Thailand, the Ginger Thai offers an authentic menu of spicy noodles and seafood dishes with views of the pool.

Near the beach overlooking the stunning lagoon, Les Coquillages is an informal restaurant open for lunch.

Deluxe Room

Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa has a wide range of rooms and suites to choose from, including Deluxe Rooms, Junior Suites and Presidential Suites. Each of the spacious rooms is designed with distinct Mauritius-style and has a workstation, balcony, sitting area, and Wi-Fi internet access.

The Deluxe rooms are sea-facing and feature an en suite bathroom, a large armchair for reading, and either a king-sized bed or two twin beds.
