The spacious lounge area has wide sofas, comfortable armchairs and soft lighting. This relaxing area is ideal to enjoy a late breakfast, traditional tea in the afternoon or an evening cocktail. The lounge and bar also has live music until midnight.

The Sanctuary Spa offers a range of massages, custom-made treatments in a luxuriant space. The therapists are focused on meeting your personal needs and you can also get your hair done at the beauty and hair care area.

The Planters Kids Club is a wonderful place for children to enjoy their holiday in the tropical park, situated only a stones throw from the beach. Children can indulge in a playground, treasure hunts, snorkelling classes, sport competitions, face painting, hikes, picnics, boat safaris and pony rides. In the evening there are fashion shows, plays, films and fairy tales.

Dining

Tuck into exotic, delicate cuisine at the resort’s four restaurants, choosing from light meals, sweet treats and delicious seafood selections. The chefs are masters at combining native produce of the island with a diversity of fine recipes from around the world and you can expect to enjoy a memorable meal every time.

The Dining Room is a relaxed restaurant made entirely of wood and it overlooks the pool. Here, heady spices of Mauritius are combined with international recipes for dinner, while breakfast offer a range of fresh, delicious choices to start the day with.

The Veranda is situated beside the pool and overlooks the ocean. Here your can enjoy light lunches while soaking up the sun, tucking into delicious toasted sandwiches, pizzas, salads and homemade ice cream.

The Plantation offers an ocean front setting and is known around the island for its excellence. Enjoy fresh seafood and Creole cuisine, accompanied by live Sega dancing at night and original local entertainment. The restaurant is also open for lunch, offering a stylish setting for a sunny afternoon.

Gourmet Kiosque is located close to the pool and serves a range of sweet snacks like waffles, pancakes and and assortment of ice creams. It is open during the hottest part of the day and perfect to colour in the afternoon lounge sessions beside the pool.

Children will enjoy dining at the resort just as much as their parents, tucking into lunch and dinner buffets, either outside or inside. The buffet consists of fun dishes and cooking activities that is sure to please all preferences.

41 Colonial Garden View Room

The resort consists of 135 rooms and 28 suites that offer the best in elegance and luxurious accommodation. Added sophistication comes with the butler that is assigned to each room and suite and he will unpack, pack, run a bath and take care of laundry and ironing.

Rooms are stylishly appointed with, white shutters, muted, natural tones and a combination of honey-coloured woods, white and shades of beige. Rooms have either a few over the gardens or the ocean.

The bathrooms feature marble and wood finishings and rooms are air-conditioned, have satellite television, internet access, mini-bar and electronic safe.

Other Room Types

The Colonial Garden View Suite is a spacious, one bedroom suite with air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The spacious bathroom has a separate bath and shower and you’ll also enjoy a private living area that walks out onto a terrace with wooden table and chairs. A computer with internet access is available on request.

The Colonial Ocean View Suite features all the amenities and luxuries of the Garden View Suite, but the large terrace boasts beautiful views of the ocean. It is furnished with elegant wooden chairs, table and sun beds.

The Ocean Front Suite has a terrace boasts breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean.
