Singita Sabora Tented Camp is an exclusive safari lodge situated on the Serengeti Plains of the Grumeti Reserves. This stylish, luxury tented camp offers the classic style of a bygone era, featuring 1920s safari decor. Offering only 9 lavish tents, Singita Sabora offers a private and personalised stay. Consisting of 400 000 acres of unrivalled wilderness, these plains form part of the exciting migratory route.

Professionally guided activities include game drives in open vehicles, walks, night drives, and mountain biking. The camp offers you access to an equestrian centre which includes a walled riding track for beginners, while those with more experience can enjoy outrides onto the Serengeti plains. Other activities available include badminton, lawn croquet and swimming in the heated plunge pool. You can also enjoy a range of spa treatments in one of two treatment rooms or in the privacy of your own suite.

Singita Sabora Tented Camp offers you access to an equestrian centre which includes a walled riding track for beginners, while those with more experience can enjoy rides out in the open Serengeti plains.

If you prefer complete relaxation, the spa features two therapy rooms where you can enjoy a variety of treatments.

Alternatively, you may choose to enjoy relaxing treatments in the privacy of your own suite.

When you’re not out exploring the wilderness and spotting wildlife, unwind at the bar-lounge, in library, or on the elevated viewing deck overlooking the waterhole.

Dining

Guests at Sabora Plains Tented Camp can enjoy sophisticated meals, with a slightly rustic touch, that capture the feeling of a mobile camp of the golden colonial era. Choose to dine in the main dining room or on the main deck. Or something more private, meals can be served on the plains in front of the camp, in the reading area of your suite, or on your private deck area. A wide selection of fine wines, champagnes and sparkling wines, cognacs, cigarettes and cigars is available.

Luxury Tent

Sabora Plains Tented Camp has only nine lavish tents with antique mahogany travel chests, Persian rugs and silk curtains. All of the tents are air-conditioned and feature a bedroom and en suite bathroom. Each tent also offers a viewing deck with your own spotting scope.
