Joy’s Camp is an elegant tented camp located in the remote Shaba National Reserve. Situated on the site of Joy Adamson's original campsite, the camp overlooks a large natural spring, which acts as a watering hole, allowing for continuous game viewing.
Shaba National Reserve itself is rich with extraordinary wildlife; on game drives you have the opportunity of seeing varied species including Grevy's zebra, the Somali ostrich, gerenuk, reticulated giraffe, lesser kudu, leopard, plenty of lion and herds of elephant. Joy's Camp is the perfect choice if you are interested in a glimpse of Kenyan history and an authentic wildlife experience.
