There are two types of Superior Rooms at the hotel, each with the same amenities as the Standard Rooms - air-conditioning, king-size or twin beds, flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Some feature full en suite bathroom facilities while the majority have a privacy curtain.

Designed with a sleek and stylish decor in mind, Protea Hotel Fire and Ice has six one-bedroom and six two-bedroom loft-style, Executive Suites. The suites have air conditioning, luxurious fittings, double volume windows, king-size beds, a flat-screen TV and fully-equipped kitchenettes for a self-catering option.
