Traveller Reviews

  • We stayed at the most wonderful accommodation in both Four Rosemeads Guest House and The Victoria Falls Hotel; both were full of character, charm and luxurious comfort complete with the most welcoming staff you could wish for... nothing was ever too much trouble.

    Brian Mccann, August 2012
  • Oh and we absolutely loved Victoria Falls and all the activities to do there.

    Sue Obrant, August 2012
  • We really enjoyed Victoria Falls and the hotel was beautiful.

    Brenda Bensmiller, July 2012
  • The Victoria Falls hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The Falls were of course spectacular, but there was so much water flow while we were there that the views were somewhat obscured by all the mist. I would consider returning another time to have the opportunity to run the river below the falls.

    Kathryn Taghon, May 2012
  • The Victoria Falls Hotel was also great. They gave us a room overlooking the bridge and we could see the mist of the falls from our room. Their service was impeccable and the food at the hotel was also really good.

    Lori Cross Brisnehan, May 2012
  • Victoria Falls was definitely one of the highlights of the trip! It just opened up, it was magnificient and that thundering sound! I wish I was there all over again! I loved it! We did do a lot of activities! I loved that the accommodation was walking distance to the falls and it had a fantastic view of the bridge where Zimbabwe and Zambia borders! The many activities we did include lion walking encounter, bungee jumping, elephant back safari, white water rafting on the Zambezi River and a helicopter flight over the falls! It was epic!

    Wendy Lee, May 2012
  • The Vic Falls Hotel was in a magnificent location with fabulous views and gardens. We walked to the Falls and did a helicopter flight over it. The room was a little small but in an old hotel that is probably to be expected.

    John Farrow, April 2012
  • We had a fantastic trip! Vic Falls Hotel was fabulous; the food, the rooms, the grounds and the view. Also had a great massage there.

    Michele LaVigne, April 2012
  • We are having a wonderful time at the Vic Falls Hotel . Our hotel room is great too.

    Susan Spence, April 2012
  • This hotel is surely not the most modern one, as it was built in 1904 but nothing can replace class. It was wonderful especiallly the dinner at the Jungle junction with marvelous food and ethnic dances.

    Jean-Jacques Aernout, April 2012
