Named after the acrobatic Frégate bird, Frégate Island is an exclusive private island in the Seychelles. The seven pristine beaches, including Anse Victorin which is renowned as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and the two fresh water swimming pools are for the exclusive use of the island's guests.
Frégate Island offers a host of activities on, in and under the water. Sailing and motorboats can take you to the numerous dive sites around the island, and the turquoise lagoon, protected by a small reef, is particularly safe for swimmers, snorkellers and beginner divers.
If you prefer to stay ashore, there's a fully equipped gym, an extensive library and a boutique collection. You can also climb Mount Signal, with a summit of 125 metres, or enjoy a bird's-eye view of the Seychelles aboard a helicopter or a small aircraft.
