Dining

The Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort has a wide variety of dining choices for you; choose from modern Italian cuisine to Japanese fusion food and Seychellois dishes. Enjoy a fine dining experience at Portobello, where modern Italian cuisine is complemented by a specialised wine list and stunning views of the Mount Dauban. Dinners can be served inside the restaurant or outside on the terrace by the lake. Situated on the beach, Sakura is a vibrant open kitchen sushi bar - the perfect place to experience the chef's take on Japanese fusion cuisine. Another Japanese option is the lakeside restaurant Teppanyaki. Enjoy the views of the mountain as you watch the chef prepare a variety of freshly grilled seafood dishes in the open kitchen. The Grann Kaz Plantation House is the restored home of the Dauban family (the previous owners of the island) and is a stunning venue for a romantic meal. This traditional Creole restaurant serves a blend of local Seychellois cuisine with French and English twists. For light meals or a good cup of coffee, try Café Dauban which is open all day. The cafe overlooks the pool and serves international cuisine as well as Creole specialties. Enjoy a freshly made gourmet pizza and other light snacks at the casual La Pizzeria which is open daily for lunch.

Garden Villa

Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort & Spa offers 111 villas spread over a 2km area between the beach and the hillside of Mount Dauban. The spacious rooms can accommodate 4 people each, and offer three categories of accommodation - garden villas, beach villas, and pavilions.

All villas are air-conditioned and feature modern facilities including an LCD TV, DVD player and wireless internet connection. The bathrooms have two vanities and an outdoor shower.

The King Garden Villas are located just off the beach, surrounded by the lush gardens of the resort, and have the added amenities of an en suite bathroom with a separate shower and bath, and loungers on the private patio.

Other Room Types

Situated on the beachfront, the King Beachfront Villa offers spectacular views of the Indian Ocean from the spacious bedroom and the patio. The bedrooms have a sitting area and are en suite with a separate shower and bath.

Set among the lush forest are the Deluxe Hillside Pool Villas which open onto their own private garden and plunge pool. The stunning en suite bathrooms come with a separate double shower, as well as an outdoor rain shower, and a large bath. Enjoy a delicious barbecue on the private gazebo.

Similar in amenities to the Hillside Pool Villas, the Deluxe Beachfront Pool Villas are located on the beach offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Enjoy the secluded haven of these luxurious villas as you relax in a hammock on the large patio.

Perched on the hillside is the private sanctuary of the King Presidential Villa. This large luxurious villa features two en suite bathrooms, an entertainment system, dedicated butler, and a spacious living area. In addition, the villa has a private terrace with a dining area, the largest private swimming pool in the Seychelles, and private access to the beach.
