Traveller Reviews

  • We started our holiday off in the great Porini Lion Camp. We ended it with a great time in the Impala Camp in Selous. Fousto, the Italian Manager really has this camp running well. We had some wild animal encounters right in the camp but felt safe with our Maasai guards. Dennis, our guide had a great amount of knowledge and love for the area, the animals, and his job. Evans, our assigned waiter was the sweetest and really knew how to take care of us at each meal. There was a few opportunities to meet other travelers here prior to the meals. We loved the private dining tables positioned all around the camp that gave us the feeling of being in the middle of no where. I had a great birthday surprise of sparkling wine and cake. It was quite an evening. Highly recommended place to stay.

  • It was absolutely fantastic. From the management couple to the guides, everything was perfect there. Amongst the 3 camps I stayed at, I loved Selous Impala the most.
