Located next to the Sand River and set in a shady forest, Sala's Camp offers tented safari accommodation in the heart of Kenya's southern Masai Mara and is in an area famous for its excellent wildlife sightings.

A perfect location to watch the annual wildebeest migration, you can watch the herds passing your tent as they gather to drink at a point where two rivers meet. Go out on 4X4 game drives, guided nature walks and hot-air balloon safaris. The area around Sala's Camp is also home to Maasai communities and you can spend some time meeting them and learning about their fascinating culture.

The meals at Sala's Camp are prepared in the traditional safari way: over an open fire using the freshest farm-sourced produce.

Expect delicious and stylish home-cooked cuisine served by candlelight.

Standard Room

Sala's Camp has seven canvas en suite tents decorated in a colonial style and with African touches. Each tent features a large comfortable bed, hot and cold bucket showers, flush toilets and comes complete with solar-powered electricity.

The camp also provides the option of a double or twin bed, and a larger family or honeymoon tent.
