Dining

Glen Avon is part of ‘Good Cooks and their Country Houses’, so you can expect a restaurant that strives for absolute excellence with all their meals. Cordon Bleu chefs use the freshest ingredients to create exceptional fine-dining and quality dishes. Breakfast is a delicious combination of a Continental breakfast buffet, baked pastries and a full English breakfast, enjoyed while looking out over the gardens. Salads, toasted sandwiches, tea, coffee, cake and biscuits are available throughout the day. Sundowners are served on the patio from 6:30pm, followed by dinner. Enjoy an ambient experience with a gourmet menu blending local and international flavours, crisp white tablecloths, candles and an award-winning wine list. Enjoy a nightcap served in the guest lounge or on the lantern-lit veranda.

Superior Room

At Glen Avon, the Superior Rooms are decorated in a modern Cape Dutch style. These rooms feature a patio or balcony with a private seating area overlooking the pristine gardens, as well as king-size or twin beds, a desk, comfortable armchairs, a mini bar fridge, and an en suite bathroom.
