Traveller Reviews

  • Perfect! That is all we can say. Quiet, Beautiful, every last detail thought of, and all very understated so that it felt like it was really no trouble at all for everything to be perfect.

    JJ Lang, February 2011
  • Fynbos Ridge: This was a relaxing and beautiful setting. It was very quiet and the staff and owners were wonderful and knowledgeable. Food was also outstanding. They upgraded us to a cottage (two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms etc). They invited us to eat with their family one night (which was unexpected). We had a lovely time and they told us a lot about African culture etc. It was a real learning experience. We would return and recommend.

  • We ended up being upgraded at Fynbos Ridge to our own cottage and enjoyed the host's special meal the first evening.

    Jodi Miller, November 2010
  • Fynbos Ridge was well positioned for Plettenburg; very peaceful with charming hosts anxious to please.

    Maxine Dilley, October 2010
  • We also stayed at Auberge Clermont in Franschhoek which was superb and Fynbos Ridge near Plett/Knysna which we could not fault if we tried, would recommend both properties to any prospective visitors.
