Traveller Reviews

  • The Kichaka Game Lodge was also a delight, the staff were so anxious we enjoyed our stay. the weather was not kind to us and it rained for the two days, but we saw some very good sightings - including a kill. I had always felt this was a sight I could miss, but we saw a cheetah catch an impala. She was close to us, and we were feeling sad about the impala, and then she called her cubs, and six little ones came running, it was amazing. Hennie our guide was excellent, we had a sighting of a lioness chasing a warthog, but she didn't catch it. We returned to lovely warm fires so it was so cheerful.

  • Kichaka was definitely the highlight of our trip. I couldn't say a bad word about it. They treated us like a king and queen. The service was spectacular and worth every penny. The safari was brilliant. I rarely say I would go back somewhere as there are so many places in the world to see, but I would go back and stay at Kichaka again ... definitely.
