The Murano Bar An ideal setting for intimate pre-dinner cocktails, this elevated pod, with its spectacular two-storey chandelier created using 20,000 imported Murano crystal links, boasts 360-degree views of Cape Town’s famous natural landmarks, and sets the tone for a superb evening. The Judges Lounge This sophisticated law-themed venue features a purple snooker table and bookshelves lined with hundreds of legal books – a plush retreat ideal for a nightcap. Savour Restaurant An upmarket 74-seater eatery with a vibrant ambiance, this is the hotel’s signature restaurant. Here guests can savour the culinary creations of Mauritian chef Michael Mayepa, whose intriguing global fusion menu offers unique international flavours reminiscent of his around-the-world travels – peppered with a few South African twists.

Deluxe Room

15 on Orange offers 129 plush, spacious suites and rooms comprising Deluxe, Standard, Atrium, Superior, Two-Bedroom, and Disabled Suites ranging in size from 40–100m².

All rooms and suites are en suite, air-conditioned and equipped with first-class leisure and entertainment systems including flat-screen televisions, satellite TV channels, DVD players, complimentary DVDs (or a selection from the hotel’s DVD library), in-room work stations and free wireless Internet access. Each room also features a variety of extras including a fully-stocked mini-bar and tea and coffee-making facilities, a safe, extra-length king-size beds, international electrical adapters, a touch-dial telephone, and hairdryer.

The hotel’s Standard Rooms overlook the hotel’s inner Atrium and feature a luxurious open-plan bathroom with oversized bath, separate raindrop shower and double vanity set.

The hotel’s Atrium Suites each feature an additional funky Pod section with two pod seats for intimate relaxation overlooking the hotel’s inner Atrium plus an open-plan bathroom for sheer indulgence.

Besides the excellent range of facilities available as per the hotel’s Standard Rooms, the generously-sized Superior Suites offer sweeping exterior views of either Table Mountain or Cape Town city centre.

The hotel’s exclusive Two-Bedroom Suites offer versatile accommodation arrangements and include a main bedroom with king-size bed, full en suite bathroom and extra seating area as well as a second bedroom with a choice of either one ¾-bed or two twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. The room also offers a total of three flat-screen TVs: two in the main bedroom, and one in the second bedroom.

The hotel’s large Disabled Suites offer all the features of the Standard Rooms with the advantage of a disabled-friendly open-plan bathroom that includes a shower-rail extension. They also boast attractive exterior city views.

In the spacious Deluxe Suites guests can indulge themselves in the soundless, climate-controlled air-conditioned units with adjustable lighting and sumptuous open-plan bathrooms, each featuring an oversized bath, separate raindrop shower and double vanity set. The Deluxe Suites offer the additional benefit of an extra lounge and entertainment area with flat-screen TV, plus a second TV opposite the bed and magnificent exterior views of Table Mountain or the city.
