The Stiltz

The Stiltz is a wonderfully unique beach lodge close to Namibia’s holiday town of Swakopmund. Situated next to the Swakop river, all the rooms are raised on stilts to provide incredible views of the ocean, sand dunes and bird-rich lagoon.

The private bungalows are interlinked by wooden walkways while the lodge's carefully considered details create a remote island atmosphere, despite the fact that it's only a 15 min walk from the centre of Swakopmund. Swakopmund is Namibia's adventure activity capital: go skydiving, paragliding, sand boarding or quad biking. You can also take a scenic flight over Swakopmund, visit the aquarium or snake park, go horse riding, camel riding, kayaking or simply enjoy a peaceful dolphin cruise.
