Dining

At Kilindi you can expect the highest quality of delicious food from the experienced chef whose experience includes having worked with Jamie Oliver. Enjoy freshly-prepared breakfasts in the dining area or in the privacy of your own room. Begin your day with fresh fruit juices, pancakes and a full English breakfast spread. Lunches often include a meze platter of light meals made from fresh ingredients, while dinner is a more formal affair with a menu that includes a variety of meat and fish dishes. Choose to enjoy your meals in the outdoors on the terrace or, for something more memorable and romantic, on the pristine beach.

Luxury Pavillions

Kilindi has 15 uniquely-designed pavilions built to maximise light and space, and offering a sense of tranquillity and privacy. The pavilions are spaced along a stretch of private beach and are surrounded by water features and tropical gardens.

Each pavilion is architecturally beautiful with wide sweeping curves, high roofs and pillars - all in cream and white. The decor is simple yet luxurious, contributing to an authentic Zanzibar atmosphere. The private baraza lounge attached to each pavilion is the perfect place to unwind and take in the views.

As Kilindi focuses on sustainable resource management, each pavilion has a domed bed chamber with a stained-glass skylight creating a water collection system to store rainwater and circulate to the pools surrounding the pavilions.
