The Banana Leaf Ocean Bar serves drinks, cocktails and appetizers and is located on the Sun Deck - the ideal place to watch the sun set. The Chill Out Lounge is situated above the beach and is a laid-back venue where you can relax in the comfortable chairs and enjoy the ocean views.

After a day out in the sun, the natural sea pool is a great place to cool off and relax. The Yi -King Organic Spa is an ocean-front treatment centre offering a range of traditional beauty treatments with homemade products.

Dining

The 8 Restaurant is Bliss Hotel's prime restaurant, and is modern and imaginative both in its décor and cuisine. Enjoy a cosy ambience as you tuck into delicious gourmet meals in a stylish atmosphere. The Sun Deck is a great place to start the day with a hearty breakfast.

If you feel like sleeping in, however, then you can enjoy your breakfast in the comfort of your own room as well.

The Garden Terrace is a comfortable, tranquil place where you can relax at any time of day. Here you can enjoy breakfast, or afternoon tea and delicious fresh pastries.

Sea View Room

All the rooms at the Bliss Hotel are stylishly designed to blend in with the natural surroundings. Rooms are elegantly decorated and offer you a comfortable and luxurious space in which to relax.

The Classic Rooms boast incredible sea views and are equipped with air conditioning, a personal safe, flat screen television, mini bar, writing desk, and a private dressing room. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and opens out onto a private terrace.

Other Room Types

Junior Suites each have their own outdoor bathroom with panoramic views of the ocean, as well as a private staircase leading to the jetty or the beach.

The Suites have a large central bed that overlooks the ocean, and bathrooms that offer brilliant views of the ocean as well.

Superior Rooms each have a private garden terrace and bathroom with natural shower. The rooms enjoy spectacular views of the ocean.

The Apartment is ideal for families or friends travelling together, and can house up to six people comfortably.The Apartment is spacious and has a living room and sitting room, as well as two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Garden Rooms each have their own sitting area, and boast separate freestanding natural showers and views of the tropical garden from the private terrace.

Kind of rustic looking - very natural. And then dinner at Lounge 8 restaurant at the hotel is an experience I will remember for the rest of my life!

  • Our trip was perfect all the way. I found the Bliss Hotel on Mahe Island just perfect. It is very clean, stylish and friendly. The restaurant serves excellent food, spa center has its own homemade cosmetics, and when the sea is rough guests can use "natural pool" : a safe swimming area protected by giant rocks. You could swim there even when the waves are strongest. The owners help with all the bookings and information, no need to use a tourist agency. It was like staying at friends' house. We rented a car and travelled every corner of the island. There was no problem driveng the opposite side of the road.
