The Fairmont Zimbali Resort is a tropical coastal haven on the Dolphin Coast of Kwazulu-Natal with bush, mountain and coastal attractions. Zimbali, which in Zulu means ‘valley of flowers’, is shaded by a thriving forest reserve surrounded by beautiful flourishing gardens and vegetation, overlooking the infinite white sands and the waters of the Indian Ocean. Several natural spring-water lakes are home to a variety of birds, butterflies and plants; providing a nature enthusiast a paradise of plant and animal life.

Soak up the sun on the beach or go swimming, surfing or snorkelling in the warm Indian Ocean. More adventurous activities include deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, and dolphin tours. Play a game of tennis on the all weather, floodlit tennis courts, or swim in one of the resort's five outdoor pools while watching the sun set over the ocean. Treat yourself to an indulgent therapy session in the spa or visit the resort shop where you will find resort-wear, curios and other items.
