Azura @ Quilalea is an exclusive beach resort set on a beautiful private island in Mozambique's Quirimbas Archipelago.It's a classic 'desert island' destination, and in keeping with the original Azura Lodge, Azura @ Quilalea has become equally famous for its exceptional service, luxury accommodation and divine culinary experience.

It's the ideal place to relax on pristine beaches and take in postcard-perfect views but there's plenty of opportunity to get active by going snorkelling and scuba diving, or choosing from one of the many watersports offered at the watersports centre.

The à la carte restaurant at Azura @ Quilalea offers a superb culinary experience provided by a Michelin-experienced chef who left the gourmet restaurants of Europe to join the Azura team to add a delightful Portuguese flavour to the menu.

Surf-fresh seafood dominates the choice of dishes at Azura, and beach barbeques are held regularly.

Sunrise Villa

The resort offers nine luxurious villas, each with spacious bathrooms, natural furnishings, 24-hour room service and decorated in pure African elegance. There are four Sunrise Villas, each with a stunning sea view.
