My Travel Recommendations

I'd love to inspire you with my travel recommendations. From boutique guest houses and hotels in Cape Town to thrilling safaris in Zimbabwe and Botswana, here are my favourites.

  • The Boma Hotel

    The Boma

    Location: Kenya - Nairobi
    WHY I RECOMMEND IT

"What I really enjoyed about The Boma is the lovely "airy and light feel to it" as it is enclosed by glass! It is also close to the Nairobi airport so a good overnight stop for any luxury traveller, large rooms, 2 good restaurants and a great gym!"

  • Tortilis Camp

    Tortilis Camp

Location: Kenya - Amboseli National Park
    WHY I RECOMMEND IT

"If you want to enjoy great views of Kilimanjaro this is a good option. Make sure not to miss out on the large number of activities (including walks, cultural tours and game drives) the camp has to offer."

  • Ol Donyo Lodge

    Ol Dhonyo

    Location: Kenya - Chyulu Hills
    WHY I RECOMMEND IT

"Make sure you visit the outside Hide close to the waterhole - we had a close encounter with a elephant who stuck his trunk into the hide to check us out !"

  • Nairobi Tented Camp

    Nairobi Tented Camp

    Location: Kenya - Nairobi
    WHY I RECOMMEND IT

"This is a real introduction to your safari: classic and authentic safari style accommodation. What's more you have a good chance to see rhino which is pretty rare in other parts of the country so a good start or end to any safari if you want to tick off the Big Five."

  • Eka Hotel

    Expert Opinion Eka Hotel

    Location: Kenya - Nairobi
    WHY I RECOMMEND IT

"I really enjoyed this hotel. It is close to the airport and a good overall one night stop before heading off to any safari or beach destination. The rooms are lovely and spacious and the hotel has all you can expect of a luxury establishment!"

Go2Africa, (you!) were absolutely great. You were able to work with us on our unique itinerary, in a short amount of time, and when we had problems you were able to help us far better than we would have been able to help ourselves.

It's hard to imagine a better honeymoon than what we were able to get, regardless of budget, the freedom and adventure of driving ourselves mixed with the luxury of Kapama, with the amazing game viewing we had in Elephant Plains was beyond anything we could have hoped for and a lot of that had to do with your efforts.
