About Me

I am a born-and-bred South African and was lucky enough to be raised in the beautiful city of Cape Town. Blessed with daily views of Table Mountain and the majestic Atlantic Ocean, even my drive to work is an adventure and I often find myself snapping merrily away with my camera while stuck in a traffic jam!

I enjoy learning about my surroundings, experiencing new places and meeting new people. This amazing country leaves me breathless every time and it gets easier and easier to convey this passion to my clients - a holiday to South Africa should be at the top of everyone's wish list.

Where have I travelled?

Through my career and childhood I have had the opportunity to explore the best of South Africa such as the Garden Route, the Eastern Cape, Sun City, Madikwe Game Reserve, Pilanesberg and Kruger National Park. I have also travelled to the UK, Ireland, Europe and have also lived in the United Arab Emirates.

My favourite travel moment

My favourite travel moment was waking up to the call of the African fish eagle at Melton Manor on the Kwandwe Game Reserve in the Eastern Cape - truly the most magical experience!

What I love about Africa

I'm constantly amazed by Africa's ability to remain so beautiful after such a turbulent history and even more so given the challenges we still face - there's something bigger than people here.

Some African travel advice

Like a bird - travel light and just enjoy the moments but don't forget travel insurance!

Where do I want to go next?

Next on my list is hiking up Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania and then of course an island holiday in Mauritius or Seychelles ... or both!
