  • We had the most wonderful time and Tracy played a huge role in making that happen. Everything was planned perfectly - the car transfers, hotels, and flights were all perfect and we never felt lost even though we were so far away from home!

We particularly loved Lion Sands Tinga and the night at the Tinyeleti treehouse, so thank you once again for those great recommendations! We also really enjoyed the More Quarters and Cape Grace hotels in Cape Town. More Quarters was a lovely, quiet place to stay and we really enjoyed exploring the area around Kloof Street. Cape Grace was simply stunning and had the most incredible views. We loved being able to stay in and explore two parts of Cape Town.

My husband and I cannot thank you enough for helping to plan our honeymoon! Thank you for everything!!

  • Thanks for the follow up as we were meaning to write you one way or another to say thank you. We'll definitely recommend Go2Africa again. The trip was perfect. We feel we did everything we wanted and that South Africa was a perfect destination for us - we are missing it terribly right now! Appreciate your attention to details and especially on the smaller things like reservations and cars. We loved the variety and it was the perfect mix of seeing a lot but also not rushing too much and having at least a couple nights at each place. And your recommendation to do safari at the end was spot on. Every new visitor to SA in my opinion should know right off the bat that while safari is truly amazing, Cape Town, the surrounding coast, Garden Route and of course wine country needs to be explored and given equal attention. And for people who like the outdoors, food, culture etc - SA is perfect.

  • I wanted to thank you for organising such a brilliant safari holiday. All of the elements worked really well together with a good balance and a variety of different experiences. From my first email you responded very promptly and with only a few emails and a short freephone telephone call you had managed to establish clearly what we wanted from our trip and our budget. Other companies we approached were often slow to respond, and in several cases offered us pre-packaged trips that were much more expensive than the budget we had indicated. Go2Africa are clearly a very professional company and the holiday that you organised was of the highest standard. We would have no hesitation in booking another holiday with you, if and when the opportunity and the funds arise! We would also recommend you highly to friends and family.

  • While enjoying one of South Africa's beautiful evenings (and a nice wine) we were trying to work out how many times we have been there.  We figure that since 2002 we have been in South Africa 8 times and that we have had 12 safari experiences.  Most of these have been arranged by you, Tracy.  We discovered early on that local/national travel agents here in Ireland don't understand the product well enough and are mainly interested in selling us an off the shelf package.  One of those was enough for us. What keeps taking us back?  Jacinta and I tell our families and friends that a safari holiday is the ultimate holiday as it combines activity, an exciting game drive, with luxurious accommodation, fine food, exceptional quality of service (and did I mention the nice wine?).

The attraction of the safari experience for us was being able to see the animals behaving normally in their natural state. The mobile safari provides a really close experience with the animals and great photographic opportunities which Jacinta makes the most of. We 'graduated' from the mobile safari to walking safari a number of years ago. On foot you are much more attuned to the animals environment with the smells of the bush e.g. Wild aniseed.  The walking safari provides a more intimate experience, but a bit more terrifying.

After our last safari we did not think it was possible to match the experience never mind improve on it, but you did.  We think that this was the best yet. Tracy, we cannot thank you enough for the experiences that you have arranged for us over the years.  What I like about your approach  is that you really listen to what we want and then match the accommodation and experience.  Regardless of the number of times I change our requirements you just get on and sort everything.

Before going on this trip we were saying that this will probably be our last safari. Usually in life you cannot go back and relive an experience without it being a disappointment.  However, the safari experience just seems to get better and better. Many thanks for sorting out our last minute crisis. Can you be sure to pass on our sincere thanks to everyone who was involved and particularly to the woman who retrieved our passports.  She was so gracious for someone whose Friday night had just been interrupted.

  • Tracy, I would to like  to thank you tremendously for the superior support you have given for getting this trip situated.  Through all the different inquiries and changes, you were the consummate professional  and got us through it. You are indeed a credit to your company. Please let me know if there is a survey for feedback form I can fill out. Also feel free to pass this email to your management.
