My husband and I were beginning our search for the most incredible honeymoon when we came across Go2Africa. Being Canadians, we had little advice in our area to set up the perfect getaway. We were out in touch with Monique Roden quite quickly into our search and she put together a flawless honeymoon that far exceeded our expectations. We tell people at home, until you've travelled to Africa, been on a safari, or felt that feeling when you touch down on African soil, we truly cannot explain to you in words how incredible of an experience it is. Our pictures and videos do not do it justice. The quality of service everywhere you go, the knowledge on the tours and the exceptional standards whether it be food, decor, spa service, movie night (tambo airport hotel), it far exceeds the rest of the world as we have seen. We have travelled all over Canada, the United states, the Caribbean and Europe and truly believe they set the bar the highest.
Although we talk about it everyday and look back on our travels with such fond memories, we really want Go2Africa to know how much their support and guidance meant in planning our trip. Monique's suggestions and tips were so knowledgeable and she made all of our big to do's happen. It may have meant moving tours or bookings around but she made it work. Every single part of our trip was perfect, not one error. In fact, our luggage was lost in Chicago, Illinois on our way down. Which was the airline we booked, not go2africa's fault. A gentleman (our porter) in Zambia took our personal information and looked into it and hand delivered our bags to us the next day. This was the only (and very minor) mishap of the trip, which in our view was no problem at all. In fact, it made us realize how much more the folks involved in our travels went the extra mile to help us out, truly leaving an everlasting positive impact on our view of Africans (South Africans, Zambians and Mauritians to be specific). Every single person we met whether they were a porter, tracker, butler, chef, flight attendant, server in Nelson Mandela square, luggage carrier, they were absolutely fabulous people. We know it's a late review, but we had to tell you all how incredible you are at Go2Africa. We love following the updates on tours, new baby Cubs, and all the excitement back in Africa on Facebook and Instagram and still get email updates. We think Monique was truly incredible and would love to plan a trip for her in Canada one day if she ever wants to come visit. We are saving up for our next trip to Africa and cannot wait. We will definitely be calling Monique for help again!Tanessa & Matthew Boutin - August 2011
Monique, just a brief note to thank you for your assistance in our Africa trip. It was wonderful and everything we hoped it would be - we think you “nailed it” in your selection of destinations, camps, etc and the order in which you selected them. The staff were all wonderful and the organisation spot-on. We will recommend you to others if they ask and you will probably hear from us in a couple of years’ time for another trip!John Marris - September 2014

Hi Monique, I won’t do a novel like I did last trip but am sure you will like to hear how much we enjoyed each place we visited.
Ruckomechi Camp was fantastic and we were very lucky, as for the first night and next day we had it all to ourselves so were thoroughly spoilt by the delightful managers and staff. Our guide, Honest, was a gem and found all that we could have hoped for, i.e. lion (females and cubs), hunting wild dogs, elephant, giraffe, etc. The birdlife was beautiful too. On our last night we were treated to a surprise sundowner with the setting sun and with several of the staff meeting us on a hill to watch the sun go down. We were all sorry to leave and thought that Ruckomechi had to be the best place we were going to visit.
We were to realise that every camp was wonderful in its own right and each was very different which was exactly what we wanted. The managers and staff at Davison's Camp were gorgeous as well and we had another lovely guide, Brian, who found great wildlife including leopard which we didn’t see in Mana Pools so that was exciting. Every day was a new experience and once again our tents were great and the food gorgeous. We were very pleasantly surprised as we had an executive plane from there to Vic Falls - leather seats, lovely boxed gifts with a bow and goodies inside. Very flash. We just said “Monique has done it again”!
We were met every step of the way and arrived on the ‘Zambezi Queen’. Wow what a beautiful boat and the perfect way to have a bit of a wind-down in between camps. Everything was wonderful and once again we were very lucky and had the best cabins up at the front with two balconies and we all said – "Monique has done it again!" (we seem to say that a lot). We had them just metres away and it was just a dream for me as elephant are my first love. Kept having to pinch myself that it was really happening!Tina Metropolis - May 2014
We had an absolutely amazing time. We really appreciate how you listened to us and found us such a wonderful itinerary. All the people at Desert and Delta Safaris could not have been more pleasant. They truly made the whole experience very special and something we will always remember. Each lodge was beautiful, the staff was top notch, the activities were amazing, and the dining was wonderful. I want to mention our guides at Camp Moremi, Bonda, and at Savuti, Baba. These guys are truly professionals, and really made our game viewing experience absolutely fabulous. Unforgettable. Thanks once again for putting together a vacation of a lifetime for us. We hope to contact you again in the future about finding us another African adventure, since there is so much more for us to see and do.Scott & Julie Vara - May 2013
