• Monique, thanks for the email and for arranging the trip.  I called one day and told you what we wanted in the way of an African safari,  and the next day you had found the perfect package for us. It was everthing you said it would be. Our safari guides were extremely knowledgable and charming; the travel arrangements were impecable; the accommdations were far beyond expectations, and the food was delicious. All went well, and as you predicted it was definitely worth the extra money. We could not have asked for more.

• Monique, we have had a wondeful trip. The Simbambili Lodge with an atmosphere we only could dream of. Also, we saw all the Big Five, several times - and even a big elephant bull came to greet us when we were bush walking with our ranger. Rovos rail was fantastic, and above expectations with regards to the presise organisation of everything - and the fabulous golf courses. We would all love to come again. The total concept, with all the in-between details with regards to pick-ups, storage etc worked really good. Thanks to you for all the preparations with all necessary contact information and good advice; we appreciated it all, though we never had to use it. Again Monique, we have had an amazing experience, and I hope we will be coming back shortly.

• Now, the trip. It was the most fantastic, stunning, overwhelming, breathtaking, awesome trip we have ever done. The whole trip went off like clockwork with only a couple of very minor hitches which were solved with a minimum of fuss and inconvenience. The accommodation and people were absolutely outstanding – 5 star everything. None of us lifted a bag in Kenya or Botswana and we effectively hade private use of our safari vehicles throughout. We had our own plane throughout  Botswana as well. It was well and truly our own private safari. The food was sensational throughout the whole trip (I’m now on a diet). And then there’s the animals. Where do I start? Kenya was outstanding – we were overcome by the absolute prolific numbers of all types of animals in Kenya. It FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. Botswana was different – stunning landscapes from desert to the water of the Okavango. Each camp/lodge provided its own very special experiences. And of course, who could forget the fabulous Elephant Camp at Victoria Falls! And then there was Cape Town. WOW! What a wonderful, stunning, beautiful place. We were all blown away by it. Monique, I have only scratched the surface of what we saw and did – the whole trip was outstanding from start to finish. EVERY day had huge highlights for all of us with experiences we have never witnessed before. And all of this is down to one common thing – you! Without your outstanding service, listening to us, advising and helping us from start to finish we would never have had such a wonderful trip. Your attention to detail, unparalleled knowledge and experience helped us shape up the best itinerary we could have hoped for. None of us had ever been to Africa and whilst we knew very basically what we wanted to see we had no idea how to put it together. You listened to us, made suggestions and ended up giving us more than we could ever have hoped for. So, Monique a BIG THANK YOU from all 4 of us for giving us the trip of a lifetime – we will never forget it.

• Just wanted to send a quick note of Thank YOU so much for planning such a perfect vacation. We had an absolutely fabulous time. The kids were unbelievably excited about the safari and had no problem sitting for 3 hours. They LOVED it. Just for your information in the future, Londolozi does not have enclosed vehicles. I was amazed the ranger would position the vehicle so that the lion or leopard would walk right by! So for your comment about not getting as close to the animals...we were right next to them! Best of all, a little lion cub came right up to the vehicle to have a proper look at my daughter. It was amazing! Everything went off without a hitch, people were so friendly, we really enjoyed seeing Cape Town. Reminded me so much of California. So super job. Thanks for putting it all together!
