  • Hi Monique, we are back in Singapore now and I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for making all our travel arrangements. We had a most wonderful time and it was the best vacation we've ever taken. Please keep me in the loop of any offers and promotions you have as am planning to bring family in 2015!

  • Monique, just a brief note to thank you for your assistance in our Africa trip. It was wonderful and everything we hoped it would be - we think you “nailed it” in your selection of destinations, camps, etc and the order in which you selected them. The staff were all wonderful and the organisation spot-on. We will recommend you to others if they ask and you will probably hear from us in a couple of years’ time for another trip!

  • Hi Monique, I won’t do a novel like I did last trip but am sure you will like to hear how much we enjoyed each place we visited.

Ruckomechi Camp was fantastic and we were very lucky, as for the first night and next day we had it all to ourselves so were thoroughly spoilt by the delightful managers and staff.  Our guide, Honest, was a gem and found all that we could have hoped for, i.e. lion (females and cubs), hunting wild dogs, elephant, giraffe, etc. The birdlife was beautiful too. On our last night we were treated to a surprise sundowner with the setting sun and with several of the staff meeting us on a hill to watch the sun go down. We were all sorry to leave and thought that Ruckomechi had to be the best place we were going to visit.

We were to realise that every camp was wonderful in its own right and each was very different which was exactly what we wanted. The managers and staff at Davison's Camp were gorgeous as well and we had another lovely guide, Brian, who found great wildlife including leopard which we didn’t see in Mana Pools so that was exciting.  Every day was a new experience and once again our tents were great and the food gorgeous.  We were very pleasantly surprised as we had an executive plane from there to Vic Falls - leather seats, lovely boxed gifts with a bow and goodies inside.  Very flash. We just said “Monique has done it again”!

We were met every step of the way and arrived on the ‘Zambezi Queen’.  Wow what a beautiful boat and the perfect way to have a bit of a wind-down in between camps.  Everything was wonderful and once again we were very lucky and had the best cabins up at the front with two balconies and we all said – "Monique has done it again!" (we seem to say that a lot). We had them just metres away and it was just a dream for me as elephant are my first love.  Kept having to pinch myself that it was really happening!

  • We had an absolutely amazing time. We really appreciate how you listened to us and found us such a wonderful itinerary. All the people at Desert and Delta Safaris could not have been more pleasant. They truly made the whole experience very special and something we will always remember. Each lodge was beautiful, the staff was top notch, the activities were amazing, and the dining was wonderful. I want to mention our guides at Camp Moremi, Bonda, and at Savuti, Baba. These guys are truly professionals, and really made our game viewing experience absolutely fabulous. Unforgettable. Thanks once again for putting together a vacation of a lifetime for us. We hope to contact you again in the future about finding us another African adventure, since there is so much more for us to see and do.

Hi Monique,

I won’t do a novel like I did last trip but am sure you will like to hear how much we enjoyed each place we visited.

On our last night we were treated to a surprise sundowner with the setting sun and withseveral of the staff meeting us on a hill to watch the sun go down. Honest and the other guys did a very funny dance for us and of course we had to join in.  It was a hoot.

The pants seemed to get tighter daily!  At night after dinner we would sit around the fire and chat and sing so it was a lovely way to end the day. After four nights you really feel like a happy family so I definitely think it is worth the extra nights.

The food and surroundings were fabulous and just tonking up the river was amazing. We did a safari drive in the Chobe National Park and that was really good and then the best of all was when the manager took us on a small boat to Elephant Cove and pulled up to the shore and we just sat for over an hour watching so many elephants running down to the water and the young ones swimming and frolicking in the water.  We had them just metres away and it was just a dream for me as elephant are my first love.  Kept having to pinch myself that it was really happening!
