A safari & beach break in East Africa

When to travel to Africa?

The best game viewing is during Africa’s winter from about June to September each year. We recommend booking up to a year in advance for popular attractions like Kruger in South Africa and the Wildebeest Migration in East Africa. Spontaneous travellers needn’t despair - Africa is full of off-the-beaten track destinations that can be enjoyed without too much advance planning.
