Brought up on family camping holidays, a knee injury saw Carmen sacrificing a career as a professional ballet dancer.

Undeterred, she pirouetted into the travel industry with a tourist diploma under her belt and enthuses about introducing people to her beautiful country. Laughing at almost anything, Carmen loves positive energy and leopards (those 'elusive handsome gentlemen') but keep beans and backstabbers away from her.
