Working in finance and advertising was never going to fulfil someone who is driven by the spirit of adventure, a love for nature and the desire to hike through Patagonia. Lucinda's competitive nature makes her a hard and conscientious worker who strives to do her best in every environment- although a sub 4 hour marathon still manages to elude her. She has, however, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.

A childhood spent all over South Africa and many years of overseas work and travel have shaped a busy and inquiring mind: finding one's place in the world, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle maintenance and whether anyone will find out that her favourite food is Bovril and apricot jam on toast are on Lucinda's current list of questions.
