The Chobe National Park is one of Africa's greatest wildlife destinations.

With the continent's largest elephant population, tons of buffalo, antelope, zebra, giraffe and the full range of predators it's a naturalist's delight, but at nearly 12 000km2 Chobe is a massive park with distinct regions.

Our Chobe Travel Guide provides an overview of the different travel areas of Chobe, ranging from open grasslands to enormous woodlands and of course the Chobe River itself, a magnet for thousands of thirsty animals in the dry winter months.
