Motswiri Lodge is in the unique position of being in an area supporting a rich eco-system, within the vast and dry Kalahari Desert.

Motswiri Lodge has been built around a collection of Calcrete pans, which are an essential source of water to the local game, drawing animals into the area. The main lodge consists of a spacious lounge area and bar, where you can enjoy watching the game at the waterhole while relaxing with a drink.

The area is famous for its rich San Bushman culture. It is one of the last areas on the continent where the San maintain their age-old lifestyle. You will be entertained by their traditional dances, and gain insight into their culture and lifestyle.

Other activities offered at the lodge include both day and night game drives, horse riding, rhino trekking and bush walks led by a San guide.

Motswiri Lodge is located in the Kanana Wilderness in the Kalahari Desert, in Ghanzi, Botswana.
