This waterborne lodge functions in the tranquil "Panhandle" area of the Okavango Delta in Botswana. There are only a few permanent camps and boats operating in this wilderness space making it ideal for privacy and exclusivity while drifting along the calm waters.

This remote area is known for being peaceful, allowing you to dream and reflect just as the San Bushman word chosen as the name of the houseboat interprets.

Kabbo consists of a lower deck with eight en-suite cabins enclosed by glass doors designed to open onto the unspoiled wilderness of the Okavango Delta allowing exclusive views of the clear water channels, the vast amount of papyrus and bountiful bird species.

These cabins allow you to experience the beauty of the area but in the privacy of your own space. Wake up to the sound of a fish eagle drifting along the horizon of the Okovango.

The upper deck is three metres above the water and decorated with local art, comfy couches and wooden furnishings. The deck houses the dining area, sundeck and bar; allowing you to take in the remarkable views while sipping a tasty sundowner.

Tender boats allow you to explore and enjoy the activities on offer such as fishing, bird-watching, boat safaris and trips to the Tsodilo Hills.

Tsodilo Hills is a World Heritage Site with one of the richest concentrations of San Rock paintings in the world.
